J.T. Ginn Placed on 15-Day Injured List with Pitching Hand Blister

The Athletics placed right-hander J.T. Ginn on the 15-day injured list on Wednesday. The roster move is necessitated by a blister on the middle finger of his pitching hand. Ginn will be sidelined while the injury heals, forcing the Athletics to adjust their pitching depth in his absence.
