Caleb Ferguson Apologizes for Umpire Confrontation

Reds reliever Caleb Ferguson has issued a public apology for an expletive-laden, unprofessional outburst directed at umpire Bill Miller during Monday night's game. The incident was sparked by Ferguson's frustration over a play where he felt Miller obstructed a defender from fielding a ground ball. Ferguson acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate, stating, 'Very unprofessional on my part,' as he addressed the incident following the contest.
