Mavericks Match Knicks' $4.7M Offer Sheet to Retain Moussa Cisse

The Dallas Mavericks have officially matched the New York Knicks' two-year, $4.7 million offer sheet for big man Moussa Cisse. By matching the terms, Dallas secures Cisse's place on their roster, effectively ending the Knicks' attempt to acquire him as a backup big man. The move confirms the Mavericks' intent to retain the player rather than allow him to depart for New York, ensuring he remains a part of their frontcourt rotation for the upcoming seasons.
