Daniel Palencia Targeting Mid-August Return From Elbow Injury

Chicago Cubs manager Craig Counsell announced Friday that Daniel Palencia is targeting a mid-August return to the team's bullpen. Palencia has been sidelined with an elbow injury, but the organization is hopeful that he will be able to rejoin the pitching staff by the middle of next month as he continues his recovery.
