Cholowsky Bonus Surpasses Chase Burns' Previous Record
Roch Cholowsky’s new $10.35 million signing bonus with the White Sox has surpassed the previous amateur draft record of $9.25 million, which was held by Cincinnati Reds pitcher Chase Burns and Colorado Rockies prospect Charlie Condon. Burns, who was one of the top three selections in the 2024 draft, previously set the benchmark for high-value amateur signings.
