Anthony Mantha Signs Two-Year, $9.5 Million Deal with Devils

Anthony Mantha has signed a two-year, $9.5 million contract with the New Jersey Devils, carrying an AAV of $4.75 million. The 31-year-old winger joins New Jersey following a career-best 33-goal campaign with the Pittsburgh Penguins. Mantha, who is nearly two years removed from a right knee ACL tear, will earn $5.4 million in the first year of the deal. The signing serves as a key move in the Devils' aggressive offseason roster transformation to bolster their forward depth.
