Victor Eklund's Islanders Path Followed by Malte Gustafsson

Victor Eklund serves as the organizational benchmark for the New York Islanders following the recent signing of Malte Gustafsson. Gustafsson, selected 13th overall in last month's draft, has officially signed his entry-level contract, mirroring the developmental path previously established by Eklund within the Islanders' system. This move solidifies the team's commitment to integrating their recent high-round draft picks into the professional roster.
