Austin Wells Finds Power Stroke with Back-to-Back Home Runs

Yankees catcher Austin Wells is showing renewed offensive production, hitting home runs in back-to-back games. This surge follows a prolonged slump where he managed only one home run in his previous 38 games dating back to May 1. His recent performance comes on the heels of GM Brian Cashman publicly identifying the catcher position as an area of concern for the team, signaling a potential turnaround for the young backstop as he looks to solidify his role in the lineup.
