Claude Giroux Reunion Rumors Quashed; Returning to Senators

Despite reports of the Toronto Maple Leafs initiating discussions with 38-year-old veteran Claude Giroux and persistent rumors suggesting a reunion with the Philadelphia Flyers was 'inevitable,' the veteran forward will not be moving. Giroux is officially returning to the Ottawa Senators for his 20th NHL season, effectively ending any speculation regarding a potential trade or reunion tour elsewhere.
