Brandon Woodruff Placed on IL with Inflamed Shoulder Labrum

Brewers pitcher Brandon Woodruff has been placed on the injured list following a diagnosis of an inflamed labrum in his right shoulder. The 33-year-old veteran was removed from his start against the Diamondbacks in the fourth inning on Saturday after a trainer's visit. Manager Pat Murphy confirmed the injury, which serves as a significant blow to the Milwaukee rotation.
