Astros Option Outfielder Jake Meyers to Triple-A

The Houston Astros have officially optioned outfielder Jake Meyers to Triple-A Sugar Land as part of a series of four roster adjustments. Meyers, a 2024 Gold Glove finalist, has struggled with consistency at the plate, going hitless in Friday's 3-1 loss to the Rays. The organization hopes the move will allow him to refine his performance in the minor leagues.
