Rangers Acquire Goaltender Joonas Korpisalo from Boston

The New York Rangers have acquired goaltender Joonas Korpisalo from the Boston Bruins in exchange for a 2028 fourth-round draft pick and prospect Kalle Vaisanen. The move is intended to bolster the Rangers' goaltending depth. Korpisalo departs Boston, leaving the Bruins in need of a new backup goaltender, while Ottawa continues to retain a portion of his salary.
