Mavrik Bourque Traded from Dallas Stars to Nashville Predators

Restricted free agent Mavrik Bourque has been traded from the Dallas Stars to the Nashville Predators. The deal, which also included defenseman Ilya Lyubushkin, nets the Stars a 2027 second-round pick and a 2028 third-round pick. Bourque leaves the Dallas organization as part of a strategic roster move, ending speculation regarding his availability. Nashville GM Chris MacFarland is aggressively reshaping the roster, landing Bourque to surround a young core with proven winners.
