Maple Leafs Decline Qualifying Offer to Matias Maccelli

The Toronto Maple Leafs have decided not to extend a qualifying offer to left winger Matias Maccelli. As a result, he will become an unrestricted free agent on July 1. This decision follows the team's qualifying offers to Nick Robertson, Jacob Quillan, and Emil Andrae.
