Avalanche Acquire Former First-Round Pick Fabian Lysell from Bruins

The Colorado Avalanche have acquired forward prospect Fabian Lysell from the Boston Bruins in a one-for-one trade involving prospect Ivan Ivan. Lysell, a former first-round pick from the 2021 NHL Draft, joins Colorado as they look to develop his skill set, while the Bruins add Ivan to their prospect pool. The swap represents a strategic gamble for both clubs as they attempt to convert AHL production into full-time NHL roles.
