Framber Valdez Denied Win in 8-6 Loss to Astros

Framber Valdez did not factor into the decision during Saturday's 8-6 loss to the Houston Astros. The left-hander surrendered four runs on eight hits across six innings of work. He managed to strike out two batters while issuing no walks in the contest. The Tigers' pitching staff struggled to contain the Astros' offense throughout the game.
