Laments 'Tough Day' After Committing Two Errors Against Cubs

Marcus Semien expressed frustration following the Mets' loss to the Chicago Cubs on Wednesday night, describing the outing as a "tough day" for both himself and the team. Semien committed two defensive errors during the second game of the doubleheader, contributing to a series of miscues that led to a 10-5 defeat. As defensive errors begin to pile up for the veteran, he remains focused on correcting these lapses to help the Mets stabilize their play during a difficult stretch of the season.
