Nets Select Mikel Brown Jr. at No. 6

The Brooklyn Nets selected Louisville scoring guard Mikel Brown Jr. with the sixth overall pick. Coming off a 26-win season, the Nets hope Brown can be the breakout player needed to ignite a struggling franchise. Brown averaged 18.2 points and 4.1 assists last season in the ACC. The Nets are looking to improve upon their status as the only Atlantic Division team to finish the 2025-26 season without a winning record.
