AJ Dybantsa Selected No. 1 Overall by Wizards, Joins Established Core

AJ Dybantsa was selected as the No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft by the Washington Wizards. Viewed as a generational talent, Dybantsa enters a unique situation, joining a team that already possesses a core of young players and two established former All-Stars, unlike many top picks. His transition into the professional ranks is anticipated to be distinct due to the Wizards' existing roster.
