Bowen Byram Traded to Chicago Blackhawks in Major Deal

Defenseman Bowen Byram has been traded from the Buffalo Sabres to the Chicago Blackhawks. The blockbuster deal also sends Jordan Greenway to Chicago, while the Sabres receive Louis Crevier and the Blackhawks' 4th and 45th overall picks in the 2026 NHL Draft. This move represents a significant roster shakeup for both organizations, with the Blackhawks taking a major gamble by moving a top-five draft pick to acquire Byram's services for their defensive core.
