Phillies Reinstate Left-Hander Kyle Backhus from 15-Day IL

The Philadelphia Phillies reinstated left-handed pitcher Kyle Backhus from the 15-day injured list on Monday. Backhus returns to the active roster after completing his recovery process, providing a much-needed left-handed option for the Phillies' pitching staff.
