Edgar Quero Optioned to Triple-A Charlotte

The Chicago White Sox have officially optioned catcher Edgar Quero to Triple-A Charlotte. The roster move, effective Monday, was made to accommodate the activation of catcher Kyle Teel from the 60-day injured list. Quero departs the active roster as the team adjusts its depth following Teel's return to the lineup.
