Zakhar Bardakov Returns to KHL After Avalanche Stint

Forward Zakhar Bardakov has returned to the KHL following a brief tenure with the Colorado Avalanche. The decision was driven by a combination of a specific contractual pathway and limited opportunities to secure a consistent role in the NHL. His departure marks the end of his short time with the Avalanche organization as he resumes his professional career overseas.
