Dominates Guardians in Strong Six-Inning Performance

Kai-Wei Teng (4-6) solidified his spot in the Houston Astros' rotation with a dominant performance in a 2-1 win over the Cleveland Guardians. Teng pitched six strong innings, allowing only one run on four hits, a significant turnaround after struggling in his previous four starts. His bounce-back outing was essential in helping the Astros take the series. Teng’s ability to silence the Guardians' bats provided a temporary hold on discussions regarding his potential replacement.
