Continues Injury Rehabilitation With South Bend

Chicago Cubs prospect Jaxon Wiggins is making progress in his recovery, recently appearing in a rehab assignment with the South Bend Cubs. While the minor league wrap-up noted that most of the organization's affiliates suffered losses, Wiggins' return to the mound represents a positive step in his development following injury. The Cubs are monitoring his workload closely as he works to regain his form and eventually move up the ranks of the Chicago farm system in the near future.
