Kraken Acquire Mackie Samoskevich in Trade with Panthers

The Seattle Kraken have acquired 23-year-old forward Mackie Samoskevich from the Florida Panthers in exchange for the No. 25 overall pick in the NHL draft. Samoskevich, who has recorded 64 points in 160 NHL regular-season and playoff games, joins the Kraken as they look to infuse talent into their roster. This move was part of a broader set of transactions on Sunday that also saw the Panthers utilize draft assets to facilitate the acquisition of Brady Tkachuk.
