Hits 29th Home Run Following Massive Three-Homer Game

Kyle Schwarber continued his torrid hitting streak, going 1-for-3 with his 29th home run of the season in the Philadelphia Phillies' 6-2 win over the New York Mets on Sunday. This performance followed a historic Saturday where Schwarber blasted three home runs to lead Philadelphia to victory. In Sunday's contest, he also added a walk and scored two runs.
