Jalen Brunson Celebrates Historic Title and Defies Skeptics

Following the Knicks' first championship since 1973, Jalen Brunson solidified his status as an all-time great playoff performer. During the victory parade, Brunson addressed past skeptics, marking a triumphant end to a historic 2025-26 run. His leadership was pivotal throughout the postseason, and he continued celebrations by throwing out a ceremonial first pitch at Yankee Stadium. Stephen A. Smith has since labeled Brunson a hero for saving the NBA from a Victor Wembanyama evolution.
