George Kirby Suffers Loss Despite Quality Start Against Orioles

George Kirby (5-7) delivered a quality start in Wednesday's 5-3 loss to the Orioles, pitching six innings while allowing three runs on eight hits. He demonstrated excellent command, striking out five batters without issuing a single walk. Despite his efficient performance, the Mariners' offense failed to provide sufficient support to secure a victory. Kirby remains a key rotation piece as the team looks to bounce back from the series defeat.
