Donovan Mitchell Expected to Delay Contract Extension with Cavaliers

Donovan Mitchell is eligible for a contract extension with the Cleveland Cavaliers this summer, but reports indicate he is not expected to sign a new deal immediately. While the seven-time All-Star has shown no desire to leave Cleveland, he appears inclined to wait before committing long-term. The Cavaliers and Mitchell are expected to navigate these negotiations carefully as the offseason progresses.
