Ron Marinaccio Suspended Three Games for Intentional HBP

San Diego Padres pitcher Ron Marinaccio has been issued a three-game suspension and an undisclosed fine by Major League Baseball. The disciplinary action follows an incident during Saturday's game against the Baltimore Orioles, where Marinaccio intentionally hit batter Gunnar Henderson with a pitch. The league cited the intentional nature of the hit-by-pitch as the primary reason for the penalty.
