Chase DeLauter Suffers Right Rib Cage Contusion After Wall Collision

Cleveland Guardians prospect Chase DeLauter exited Saturday's game against the Detroit Tigers in the first inning after colliding with the outfield wall. The injury has been diagnosed as a right rib cage contusion. While the team has not yet provided a formal timeline for his return, further evaluation is expected to determine the severity of the issue and the length of his potential absence. DeLauter was one of two outfielders the Guardians lost to injury during the first two innings.
