Nathan MacKinnon Named Finalist for 2026 Hart Trophy

Colorado Avalanche star Nathan MacKinnon was a top finalist for the 2026 Hart Trophy. In an exceptionally competitive field, MacKinnon finished among the league's elite, ultimately seeing the award go to Tampa Bay's Nikita Kucherov, who narrowly edged out runner-up Connor McDavid. The voting process for this year's MVP award was the closest seen in the NHL since the 2001-02 season.
