Drake Baldwin Nearing Rehab Assignment

Drake Baldwin is progressing well in his recovery from an oblique injury. The Braves catcher is scheduled to participate in live batting practice sessions on Thursday and Friday. If he clears those hurdles without setbacks, he could be cleared to begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Gwinnett over the upcoming weekend, according to reports from 680 The Fan Atlanta.
