Trey Gibson Recalled to Make Start Against Mariners

The Baltimore Orioles have officially recalled Trey Gibson from Triple-A Norfolk to join the major league starting rotation. Gibson is scheduled to take the mound Monday night at Camden Yards against the Seattle Mariners, filling the roster spot and rotation vacancy created by Chris Bassitt's move to the 15-day injured list. This promotion provides the Orioles with necessary pitching depth.
