Cale Makar Returns to Practice Ahead of Game 2 Against Vegas

Cale Makar returned to the ice for an optional practice session, offering a glimmer of hope for the Avalanche as they prepare for Game 2 of the Western Conference Final. Makar missed the team's 4-2 Game 1 loss to the Vegas Golden Knights, and coach Jared Bednar has yet to provide a definitive update on his status or a specific return timeline. While the team works to address defensive miscommunications from the series opener, Makar's availability remains the primary focus.
