Wedgewood Benched for Game 4 Following Game 3 Loss

Scott Wedgewood was removed from the starting lineup for Game 4 against the Minnesota Wild after appearing in a 5-1 loss during Game 3. The Avalanche opted for a goaltending change, turning to Mackenzie Blackwood to stabilize the crease. Wedgewood had been relieved by Blackwood during the previous contest as the team sought to adjust their defensive approach for the postseason series.
