Beck Malenstyn Fined Following Sunday's Game

Following the events of Sunday's game, the NHL's Department of Player Safety has officially fined Beck Malenstyn. This disciplinary measure coincides with a fine issued to Montreal's Arber Xhekaj for his role in the same incident. The league's intervention highlights the escalating tensions between the Sabres and Canadiens, with officials signaling that further disciplinary scrutiny may follow if the physical play continues to result in infractions.
