Arber Xhekaj Fined by NHL Department of Player Safety

The NHL's Department of Player Safety has issued a fine to Arber Xhekaj following his involvement in the events of Sunday's game. The disciplinary action comes as part of a broader league review of the contest against the Buffalo Sabres, which also resulted in a fine for opponent Beck Malenstyn. The league's decision suggests an expectation of continued physical intensity and potential bad blood between the two teams as the season progresses.
