Jake Middleton Reflects on Defensive Struggles in 9-6 Loss

Minnesota Wild defenseman Jake Middleton described the team's 9-6 loss to the Colorado Avalanche on Sunday as a "weird game." The contest saw a total of 15 goals scored, with the Wild struggling to contain the Avalanche offense. Middleton and his teammates are now focused on tightening their defensive structure as they prepare for the second game of the series, which resumes Tuesday night at Ball Arena.
