Cale Makar Scores Twice in 9-6 Avalanche Win

Avalanche star Cale Makar was the only player to record multiple goals during Colorado's 9-6 win over the Minnesota Wild on Sunday. The high-scoring contest saw 14 different players find the back of the net. Makar acknowledged the unusual nature of the game, noting that both teams are committed to tightening their defensive play as the series shifts to Tuesday night at Ball Arena.
