Aaron Gordon Ruled Out for Game 3 vs. Timberwolves With Calf Strain

Denver Nuggets forward Aaron Gordon was officially ruled out for Thursday's Game 3 against the Minnesota Timberwolves due to left calf tightness. Initially listed as probable, he was downgraded to questionable and then doubtful before being declared out by coach David Adelman. Gordon, who struggled in Game 2 with eight points on 3-for-9 shooting, was replaced in the starting lineup by Spencer Jones. His absence is a significant blow to the Nuggets' frontcourt rotation.
