Records Assist on Tiebreaking Goal in Stars' Game 2 Victory

Mikko Rantanen contributed to the Dallas Stars' 4-2 win over the Minnesota Wild by assisting on Matt Duchene's tiebreaking power-play goal. During a penalty-filled second period, Duchene made a quick pass to Rantanen, who immediately returned the puck in front of the crease for the score. The play put Dallas ahead to stay, helping them even the first-round Western Conference series. Rantanen's playmaking was essential in the Stars' bounce-back performance at home.
