Exits Game 2 Early with Bruised Right Hip Against Knicks

Atlanta Hawks backup big man Mouhamed Gueye suffered a bruised right hip during the first quarter of Monday's Game 2 against the New York Knicks. The injury occurred as Gueye attempted to finish a fast break with a dunk. He was eventually helped up and went directly to the locker room for evaluation. His departure leaves the Hawks significantly thin in the frontcourt as they continue their first-round playoff series against a physical Knicks rotation.
