Jaylen Brown Shines in Game 1 Win Despite Award Snub

Jaylen Brown recorded 26 points on 11-of-21 shooting, four rebounds, three assists, and two steals in Boston's 123-91 Game 1 win over Philadelphia. While he continues to be a focal point for the Celtics' championship aspirations, Brown was notably omitted as a finalist for the Most Improved Player award. Beyond his on-court production, Brown recently made headlines for naming Steph Curry a top-five player of all time and is lauded as part of an elite duo with Jayson Tatum.
