Austin Reaves Ruled Out for Lakers' First-Round Playoff Series

Austin Reaves will miss the Los Angeles Lakers' opening-round playoff series against the Houston Rockets due to an oblique injury. Reaves appeared uncomfortable on the court, frequently grabbing at his side before exiting the game. The team does not anticipate his return for the first round, forcing a rotation adjustment that includes increased minutes for Bronny James. This injury compounds the Lakers' postseason challenges as they also manage the absence of Luka Doncic.
