Alperen Sengun Sits Out Regular Season Finale

Alperen Sengun did not participate in Sunday's 132-101 win over the Memphis Grizzlies. The Rockets chose to rest Sengun and other core players, including Kevin Durant and Jabari Smith Jr., as the team had already locked up the fifth seed in the Western Conference. The victory allowed Houston to complete a season sweep of the Grizzlies.
