Gabriel Landeskog Leads Avalanche to Presidents' Trophy Clinch

Avalanche captain Gabriel Landeskog helped secure the NHL's top overall seed following a 3-1 victory over Calgary on Thursday night. While the team acknowledges the historical challenge of winning the Stanley Cup after earning the Presidents' Trophy, Landeskog remains focused on the present, stating that history does not necessarily dictate their postseason outcome. The team is now applying lessons from previous Cup-chasing campaigns as they prepare for the playoffs.
