Tallies 19 Points as Rockets Extend Winning Streak to Eight Games

Amen Thompson recorded 19 points in the Houston Rockets' 113-102 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday night. Thompson's contribution was vital in helping Houston secure its eighth consecutive win and continue its climb in the Western Conference standings. As the Rockets contend with the Lakers and Nuggets for playoff positioning, Thompson's efficient scoring alongside Jabari Smith and Kevin Durant proved too much for a Philadelphia team playing without star center Joel Embiid.
