Luka Dončić Suffers Hamstring Injury Following Player of Month Honors

Luka Dončić, recently named Western Conference Player of the Month, faces an uncertain status after exiting Thursday's 139-96 loss to the Thunder with a hamstring strain. The league's scoring leader and MVP contender is scheduled for an MRI on Friday. Dončić is currently one game away from the 65-game threshold required for end-of-season awards eligibility, making this injury a significant development for his potential accolades and the Lakers' roster.
